3. Payment Structure

4. Cancellation Policy
4.1 Project Cancellation by Client
If you wish to cancel a project or service, the following terms apply:
- Before Project Commencement: If cancellation occurs before we begin work on your project, a full refund will be issued minus any administrative fees (not exceeding 10% of the initial payment).
- During Project Development: If cancellation occurs after work has begun, payment will be required for all completed work up to the cancellation date, as well as any non-refundable expenses incurred by SHUBH LABH.
- Near Project Completion: If cancellation occurs when the project is 75% or more complete, full payment for the project is required.
4.2 Subscription Service Cancellation
For ongoing subscription services:
- Cancellations must be submitted in writing at least 30 days before the next billing cycle.
- No refunds will be provided for the current billing period.
- Access to services will continue until the end of the paid billing period.
4.3 Cancellation Process

5. Refund Policy
5.1 Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
- Service Not Rendered: If SHUBH LABH fails to deliver the agreed-upon services within the specified timeframe (excluding delays caused by client factors).
- Major Deviation: If the delivered work significantly deviates from the agreed specifications and SHUBH LABH is unable to rectify the issues within a reasonable timeframe.
- Early Cancellation: As outlined in the cancellation policy above.
5.2 Non-Refundable Items
The following payments are generally non-refundable:
- Third-party costs (domain registration, hosting fees, stock images, plugins, etc.)
- Services already rendered
- Custom development work that has been completed
- Rush fees or expedited service charges
5.3 Refund Process
To request a refund:

- Include your project details, reason for the refund request, and any supporting documentation.
- SHUBH LABH will review your request and respond within 7 business days.
- If approved, refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 14 business days.
6. Project Delays and Extensions
6.1 Client-Caused Delays
If project timelines are extended due to client-caused delays (such as delayed feedback, content provision, or approvals), SHUBH LABH reserves the right to:
- Adjust the project timeline accordingly
- Bill for additional work resulting from the delay
- Implement a project pause fee for extended delays
Such delays do not constitute grounds for refunds or cancellations without appropriate fees.
6.2 Service Provider Delays
If SHUBH LABH experiences unavoidable delays in project delivery:
- We will communicate the delay and revised timeline promptly
- For significant delays (exceeding 30 days beyond the original timeline), clients may request a partial refund or service credit
7. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute regarding refunds or cancellations:
- Both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through direct communication.
- If no resolution is reached, mediation may be pursued before any legal action.
- Any legal proceedings shall be governed by the laws of India and conducted in Pratapgarh, Uttar Pradesh.
8. Changes to This Policy
SHUBH LABH reserves the right to modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Clients will be subject to the policy in force at the time of their service agreement.
